Using StudyGrove

StudyGrove provides tools to organize coursework, materials, deadlines, notes, and study activities. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Your materials and permissions

You keep your rights to material you add. You confirm that you have permission to upload, store, and process that material for your own study use. Do not use StudyGrove to bypass access controls or share material unlawfully. StudyGrove may use submitted material to provide the features you request, including generating study aids.

Study aids and source systems

Summaries, questions, suggested dates, and other generated content can be incomplete or incorrect. Review them against your course materials. StudyGrove does not replace your instructor or school’s official systems. Check Canvas or another official source for deadlines, grades, policies, and enrollment information.

Connections to other services

You choose whether to connect or import information from another service. Available connection methods depend on the provider and, for Canvas, your school’s configuration. A connection can be disconnected in settings where that control is available. The provider’s own terms and policies continue to apply.

Plans and payments

Some features may be offered through a paid plan. The price, billing period, included features, and cancellation options shown during checkout or in your account apply to that purchase. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider. We will show when a purchase flow is unavailable.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. We work to keep StudyGrove available, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will work with every school or provider.

Account access

You can stop using StudyGrove at any time. Account data and connected-service controls are described in your settings and in the Privacy Notice. We may restrict access when needed to protect the service, users, or other parties, or to address misuse or a violation of these terms.

Account deletion is available in account settings, subject to any current subscription period. Deletion removes workspace records and queues stored files for removal. Billing and administrative history, along with a deleted-account email identifier, are retained as described in the Privacy Notice. Deletion in StudyGrove does not delete information held by a connected provider.
